VT Matcha Cica Layer Serum is a dual-layer moisturizing serum that combines a nourishing cream layer with a soothing serum layer to provide hydration and calming care in one step. Formulated with Matcha Water, Centella Asiatica Extract, Madecassoside, Ceramides, Squalane, and Niacinamide, it helps soothe sensitive skin, strengthen the moisture barrier, and maintain a healthy oil-moisture balance for soft, comfortable skin.

Use after toner and before moisturizer.
